What Is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient practice that originated from India. It is a fusion of mind, breath, energy, and movement that results in more self awareness and balance. It helps develop core strength, flexibility, and overall great body tone.
The word “yoga” means to yoke or to bind together, and refers to the bringing together or balancing of two opposing forces. Hatha yoga represents the physical positions used to inspire our breath and spirit. “Ha” means sun, and “tha” means moon.
